It serves as an initial record of incidents such as altercations, theft, domestic disputes, vandalism, and other violations that require barangay intervention or mediation. Residents may Report a blotter by visiting the barangay hall or create an Account and submitting with the necessary requirements.

Complaints and Grievance Filing is a formal process through which residents of the barangay can report concerns, disputes, or violations affecting their rights, safety, or well-being. This process aims to resolve conflicts amicably through a conciliation hearing where both parties are summoned to discuss and negotiate a solution. Residents may file a Complaints and Grievance by visiting the barangay hall or create an Account and submitting with the necessary requirements.
