A Blotter Report is an official record filed at the barangay to document incidents, complaints, or disputes involving residents within the community. It serves as an initial record of incidents such as altercations, theft, domestic disputes, vandalism, and other violations that require barangay intervention or mediation. Residents may Report a blotter by visiting the barangay hall or create an Account and submitting with the necessary requirements.

Complaints & Grievance
Complaints and Grievance Filing is a formal process through which residents of the barangay can report concerns, disputes, or violations affecting their rights, safety, or well-being. This process aims to resolve conflicts amicably through a conciliation hearing where both parties are summoned to discuss and negotiate a solution. Residents may file a Complaints and Grievance by visiting the barangay hall or create an Account and submitting with the necessary requirements.
